By using this website or submitting a booking, quote or contact form, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking features of the site.

Shot By Mason provides photography and related creative services, including aviation, motorsport, sport, wildlife, travel, portrait, event and commercial work, plus referrals to trusted editing and production partners.

Prices are quoted per project. Any figure the website estimates is an indication only: a booking is confirmed only once Mason has confirmed it in writing.

• Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed date.
• A date is only held once you receive written confirmation.
• Where a deposit is required, the date is secured once the deposit reflects.
• You are responsible for providing accurate dates, locations and access details.

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice.
• Payment may be made by EFT into the business account or through the payment link provided.
• Final files and galleries are delivered once payment is settled, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Full detail, including deposit refunds, postponements, reshoots and merchandise returns, is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Previews are typically shared within a few days of the shoot.
• Final edited galleries are typically delivered within 7 to 14 days, depending on scope.
• Selection and editing style remain Mason's creative decision; raw or unedited files are not supplied.
• Galleries are delivered as digital downloads unless prints or other media are agreed.

• Obtain any permits, airside access or venue permissions required for the location.
• Ensure a safe working environment for the photographer and equipment.
• Be on time; time lost from late arrival is deducted from the booked session.

• Do not copy, scrape or republish images or content from this site without written permission.
• Do not attempt to access administrative areas, accounts or data you are not authorised to see.
• Do not submit false bookings, spam, or abusive content through the forms or reviews.

Shot By Mason takes reasonable care on every shoot and keeps backups of delivered work. Liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the total amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between the parties.
